BOOKING POLICY

Thanks for booking with me! Any questions or concerns can be expressed in chat box at bottom right corner of screen. All sales are final! Any issues or concerns should be expressed within 48 hours after completed service. Only the client being serviced is allowed at time of appointment. No kids or extra guest allowed! 

DEPOSIT REQUIRED!

A $25 deposit is required for all services! Depsoit should be sent via zelle to ambrias16@icloud.com or cash app to $breesprettypalace. Please be advised deposits are due within 12 hours of booking or booking will be cancelled! Deposit is applied to overall balance. Cancellations within 48 hours of your appointment is nonrefundable. NO DEPOSIT NO APPOINTMENT! REMAINING HAIR BALANCE IS ACCEPTED VIA ZELLE OR CASH ONLY!

         Wash & Blow Dry can be added to any hair service!

PLEASE BE ON TIME!

Please notify me ASAP of any inconveniences that might cause you to be late or miss your appointment. Please be considerate of the stylist time and other bookings that might be after you. There is a 15 min grace period you have to be late without any contact or notice. After 15 min $15 late fee will be applied or cancellation is at my discretion. If I can still take you I will. If not I will have to cancel your appointment and deposit will be forfeited. I understand things happen and I'll try my best to work with you as long as communication is properly done.
